About Us

Careprint has been providing a dedicated service to funeral homes and private clients for over 33 years and understands the need for empathy, accuracy, quality, speed, flexibility and reliability. Careprint is a trading name of IsleStart Ltd, and recently moved it’s offices to the Isle of Wight to offer quality employment opportunities for disadvantaged young people. Alongside our highly experienced design team, we offer a number of Kickstarter placements as part of the Department of Work and Pensions scheme to help unemployed people aged 18-24 into work. Our printing is undertaken by our partners, Surrey Hills Print, based in Albury, Surrey.

We are pleased to provide B2B (business to business) services to support business clients who need varying levels of support to produce their printed stationery.

What we Offer

We supply a wide range of products, including Order of Service Sheets, Announcement Cards, Bookmarks, Prayer Cards, Memorial Books, Pew Cards, Thank You Cards, Canvas Prints, Foam Board Prints, Poster Prints etc.

Whether you prefer to design your own artwork, but would like some help with the printing and finishing, or would prefer us to do everything for you, we have a level of service to help.

  • Design yourself using our website
    • Choose a product and use the price calculator to select your quantity/stock/design
    • Our HTML5 design studio works across most devices including Windows, iOS/Android and offers maximum layout and content flexibility
    • Access to our portfolio designs and more
    • Change background, border and font colours
    • Replace, rearrange, resize, and upload/add unlimited additional pictures
    • Add additional pages in multiples of 4 (up to maximum 20) during design, if more space required
    • Save design and return to it later on (goto MY ACCOUNT | PORTFOLIO to access saved designs)
    • Work across multiple devices - we recommend tablets or desktop computers for easy viewing
    • Our online prices reflect the work that you have already put in
    • Download a copy to share with family and celebrants

    • We understand that it can be easier for you to work using your own device in collaboration with your families in the comfort of your office
    • When you have finalised your design, save it as a PDF and upload it to our website

  • Design by Careprint – A fully inclusive service

    • Simply complete a short online form Condolence Stationery Order Form (careprint.uk). Alternatively you may find it easier to just email the order details to us (orders@careprint.uk)
    • We provide a first proof, normally within 4 working hours, using an online proofing tool that allows you to markup changes in an instant. The proof can also be shared with family members, celebrants and other interested parties. This method of collaboration, which includes version control, allows everyone to see what changes have been made and requested. Revised proofs are sent until you are completely happy for us to print
    • Once confirmed we print and deliver
    • Special rates apply for regular business customers

Stock, Print and Finishing

We use the highest quality stocks as standard and offer a range of premium stocks on request. We print using state of the art digital production presses. Folded products are scored and trimmed, and for thicker booklets we also square back to ensure a professional finish.

Delivery

We completely understand that urgency is of the utmost importance. We work with DPD who are amongst the most reliable courier companies in the UK. All orders confirmed by 10.30am are despatched same day to arrive on the next working day. Timed upgrades are also available. You may also collect from our production unit in Albury, Surrey at any time.

Personalised Business Account

Business clients have access to a personalised online portal to manage account details, view all orders, reorder, and download invoicing. Our website can also be customized to reflect corporate branding for a consistent look and feel in funeral homes and offices.

Payment Methods

We accept payment through Worldpay (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro/JCB) and Paypal. Established regular customers can also apply for a 30 day credit account.
